- The quote on the opening page was written by Friedrich Nietzsche, and is in the book Thus Spoke Zarathustra.
- I learned how to do web pages at the extraordinary, tuition-free Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where I attended college. If you happen to know a budding artist, architect, or engineeer, you may want to visit Cooper's web page at www.cooper.edu.
- The primitive helicopter image on the "Related Literature" page is a rubbing taken from an activity station at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. Of course, I animated it myself...
- The winking chef on the pancake recipe and the waving green swamp monster are Czechoslovakian marionettes that I animated. I purchased them at Dinosaur Hill in New York City. They carry many marionettes, mostly of European folk-tale characters (such as Puss in Boots, Faust, and various and sundry devils). If you are interested in getting one, their phone number is (212) 473-5850 or check out their web site at dinosaurhill.com.
